Mexican Tortillas

Ingredients

  • 2  yellow peppers
  • 4 chicken breasts (400 gr)
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 2 tbsps olive oil
  • 8 tortillas
  • 200 ml spicy salsa
  • 200 gr Arla® Cheddar & Mozzarella Shredded

 

Directions

Wash peppers and cut them into thin slices 2,5cm long. Cut chicken breasts into slices, add paprika and fry in olive oil in warm pan for about 5 minutes. Unfold the tortillas and on each add 3 tbsps salsa and then places the on a baking dish.

Add the fried chicken pieces. On every tortilla add 25 gr. Arla® Mozzarella cheese and slices of pepper. Use the rest of the 4 tortillas to seal the filling and on top of them add 25 gr Arla Mozzarella cheese. Bake in preheated oven at 200C for 15 minute.
