During the Second World War American soldiers kick-started the production of Mozzarella in Denmark. The Italian emigrants had introduced the Pizza to the Americans, and therefore they needed a topping. The production and supply of Danish Mozzarella started because of our premium raw materials and excellent craftsmanship. Since the war many other countries have enjoyed Arla Foods’ Danish Mozzarella.
