Air fryer egg toast

Our air fryer egg toast recipe marries the timeless appeal of egg and toast with the modern magic of the air fryer. With the added richness of melted mozzarella, the refreshing garlicky note of chives, radishes, and a punch of Dijon mustard, each bite promises to be an indulgent experience. It is as simple as it is flavourful. And it is perfect for both leisurely weekend brunches and hectic weekday mornings.

Ingredients

4 portions

  • 4 slices Arla Gouda
  • 4 tbsp Butter Spread with sea salt
  • 4 Eggs
  • 200 g Mozzarella

To serve

  • 4 tbsp Fresh chives, finely chopped
  • Dijon mustard
  • Radishes  

Instructions

  • Lay out bread on your worktop. Press the bottom of a glass into each slice to create a small indent.
  • Spread sea salt buttery spread on the bread. Crack an egg onto each and sprinkle with cheese.
  • Place the bread in your air fryer. Cook at 200°C for about 5 minutes.
  • Top with chives and serve with mustard and radishes.
