Spaghetti
- 500 g Spaghetti
- Prawns
- 10 Prawns, tail-on
- 1 tbsp Cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
Sauce
- 250g Arla® LactoFREE Slightly Salted Spreadable
- 2 cups Cooking cream
- 1 cup Lemon juice
- 1 Lemon, grated zest
- 1 cup Arla® Pasta & Gratinar cheese, grated
- 1 tsp Pepper
Instructions
Spaghetti
- Boil a large pot of water. Add salt and cook pasta according to package instructions.
- Drain the pasta, reserving ½ cup of the pasta water.
Sauce
- Heat butter in a pan and let it sizzle.
- Add cream and lemon juice and bring to a boil.
- Add Arla Pasta & Gratinar cheese, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.
Prawns
- Sprinkle prawns with cayenne pepper and salt. Marinate while you cook the pasta and make the sauce.
- When the sauce is done, heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Sauté the prawns until cooked through, about 3–5 minutes.
Assembling
- Toss the cooked pasta into the sauce.
- Place pasta into plates and serve with prawn
