Homemade ravioli is a staple in Italian cuisine, celebrated for its delightful variety of fillings. Our recipe features cream cheese, parsley, and pine nuts. Not only are these ravioli delicious, but they are also simple and easy to prepare.
Ingredients

- 250g wheat flour
- 3 eggs
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp fine salt
- 25g wheat flour (for rolling out)
- Arla® cream cheese
- Arla® Pasta & Gratinar cheese 200g
- 50g pine nuts
- 200g fresh parsley, finely chopped
- ½ tsp fine salt
- 100g Lurpak butter
- Fresh basil
Method
Pasta
- Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl or knead them together on the kitchen counter. Knead the dough until smooth and pliable, about 10 minutes.
- Cover the dough and let it rest in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
Ravioli
- Roll out the dough thinly on a floured worktop so that it measures approximately
- 50 × 50 cm. Make sure the dough comes off the worktop.
