Saffron Cake

Ingredients

  • 4 servings
  • 30 g Chopped almonds
  • 3 Eggs
  • 40 g Caster sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 0,1 G Saffron
  • 30 g Wheat flour
  • 500 g Arla Cottage cheese
  • 200 ml Semi-skimmed milk
  • 200 g Berries E.g. Blackberries
  • 250 ml Bechamel sauce

Instructions

Step 1

  • Heat the oven to 175 °

Step 2

  • Whisk the eggs and sugar together. Stir in the salt, saffron, flour, cottage cheese, chopped almonds and milk.

Step 3

  • Pour the mixture into a greased ovenproof dish. Bake in the middle of the oven for about 50 minutes.
