Saffron Cake
Ingredients
- 4 servings
- 30 g Chopped almonds
- 3 Eggs
- 40 g Caster sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 0,1 G Saffron
- 30 g Wheat flour
- 500 g Arla Cottage cheese
- 200 ml Semi-skimmed milk
- 200 g Berries E.g. Blackberries
- 250 ml Bechamel sauce
Instructions
Step 1
- Heat the oven to 175 °
Step 2
- Whisk the eggs and sugar together. Stir in the salt, saffron, flour, cottage cheese, chopped almonds and milk.
Step 3
- Pour the mixture into a greased ovenproof dish. Bake in the middle of the oven for about 50 minutes.
