Waffles

Making your own waffle is the best! Here is a basic recipe for the classic waffle made with eggs, which makes the waffles a little lighter. Heat the waffle iron properly and brush with butter to loosen the waffles more easily.

 

Ingredients

8 servings

  • 210g wheat flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder 
  • 2 eggs
  • 400ml semi-skimmed milk
  • 100g Lurpak butter
  • 200ml Arla whipped cream

 

Method

  • Mix wheat flour and baking powder in a bowl.
  • Add eggs and milk. Whisk to a smooth batter. Add the cooled butter.
  • Heat the waffle iron. Brush with a little butter before adding the batter.
  • Bake the waffles and serve with jam and arla whipped cream.
