- 210g wheat flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 400ml semi-skimmed milk
- 100g Lurpak butter
- 200ml Arla whipped cream
Method
- Mix wheat flour and baking powder in a bowl.
- Add eggs and milk. Whisk to a smooth batter. Add the cooled butter.
- Heat the waffle iron. Brush with a little butter before adding the batter.
- Bake the waffles and serve with jam and arla whipped cream.
